Running the event

Only contact details, roles, event information, and any device handovers required for organization, access, safety, communication, and documentation of the closed company hackathon are processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

Recipients may include the commissioning employer, necessary event, venue, catering, hosting, and communication providers, and authorities where legally required. Data is deleted when its purpose and legal retention periods end. The rights described in our Privacy Notice apply.
